Project Coordinator

Will you be our new Project Coordinator within the Customer Services Success department?

As a Project Coordinator, you effortlessly contribute to an optimal service to our customers. Every customer has their own wishes, you always think ahead and always know how to surprise the customer positively in the quality you deliver. Internally, you know how to keep an overview of your work and organize it successfully.

What are you going to do?

As part of the Customer Services Success team, you work together as a team to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. You provide partners and customers with information, you monitor order lead times and ensure that onboarding runs smoothly. In addition, you will be responsible for:

• Administrative tasks such as managing the mailbox, taking care of project evaluations, informing customers on a monthly basis by means of overviews of the services.
• Coordinating projects such as kick-off meetings, monitoring progress and ensuring timely and good coordination with the customer.
• Complaint handling.
• Reviewing clean order and technical information related to the products we supply.

• Experience in ICT is an advantage; affinity with the ICT domain is a must.
• You have a helicopter view.
• An excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing.
• You have strong organizational skills and you have mastered good conversation techniques.
