About you as our Senior Marketeer
Building unique propositions is what you like to do. You are ahead of the game. As our Senior Marketeer, you’ll support our cybersecurity specialists, our ambitious sales team and our innovative HR department to bring their services and products to the attention of the best possible audience. Thus, strengthen ON2IT's market position.

Of course developing marketing plans that include content marketing, online advertising, social media and search engine optimization, will also fall under your responsibilities. All with the aim of creating more interaction with (potential) customers and new colleagues.

Furthermore, you will be initiating and executing important projects and further professionalizing our marketing activities. Think of setting up market analysis and market research, improving customer journeys or developing a strategy for our international channel partners.

As our Senior Marketeer you like to guide the juniors in your team, to help them fly independently. You are the senior that you needed when you were a junior.

So to sum it all up, your range of marketing tasks is broad, in addition to the various campaigns, we also take care of our corporate communication, PR, monitoring and developing the corporate identity and Human Resource market communication.

About you
Although we are an international company, you have an excellent command of both the Dutch and English language. You have completed a marketing/communication education at least at HBO level. You have the (work)maturity of a senior, and have at least 5 years of work experience as a (senior) marketing consultant or proposition marketeer. If you have experience within B2B and IT services, that is definitely an advantage.

With this experience, you proactively think about creating new propositions and improving the customer journey. You will be a solid sparring partner for our ambitious sales team and together with them you will determine the best marketing approach. You can make sure that the right people are reached in the right way, with the right message/content and through the right channels.
