Project Manager

NOTE: for this position it is required to speak Dutch fluently and be able to write and read in Dutch.

As a Project Manager for our Customer Services Success department (CSS), you'll handle projects for our clients. You're the project owner, initiating and ensuring a smooth progression of the project. You collaborate with your Service Delivery Manager colleagues to resolve issues for the clients.

What You'll Do as Our Project Manager
For our Customer Services Success department (CSS), you'll be responsible for various projects for different clients. This includes creating project plans, scheduling, team management, and monitoring. You maintain contact with your team and clients to ensure successful project completion and high customer satisfaction. You'll align project objectives with your client. You ensure smooth progress across all areas of QLTC.

About You

You have at least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager, familiar with PM processes, strategies, and methodologies. Ideally, you gained this experience in cybersecurity, IT, or networking. If not, you must be intrinsically motivated to learn about cybersecurity.

You're adept at quickly understanding and steering problems. Your organizational skills help you maintain an overview and bring calmness to the client. You can effectively communicate with both clients and the team.

Given that we serve international clients, proficiency in both Dutch and English is important. You have a HBO or WO level of thinking and working. Holding a CISSP or CISM certificate is advantageous.
