Kickstart Your Career as a Marketeer!
Are you a creative talent bursting with innovative ideas, ready to elevate podcasts, events, and social media to the next level?
As our Marketeer, you’ll take the lead in managing our flagship Threat Talks Cybersecurity Podcast, from content creation to visual storytelling. You’ll also expand our social media presence, create eye-catching designs with tools like Adobe and Canva, and contribute to dynamic events and workshops. Together, we’ll strengthen our brand identity and build your career!

Threat Talks! Manage, plan, and distribute our Cybersecurity Podcast while designing infographics to engage our audience.
Social Media Guru: Craft and execute creative posts and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Visual Creativity: Leverage top-tier tools like Adobe, Canva, and AI to deliver high-quality content.
Contribute Big Ideas: Play a key role in shaping our social media strategy and marketing plans.

Job requirements
What You Bring to the Table
Creative and Driven: Proficiency in Adobe and Canva, with an eye (and ear) for improving visuals and reaching audiences through podcasts.
Energetic Attitude: You’re proactive and enthusiastic.
Educational Background: HBO-level education or equivalent.
Innovative Mindset: AI is your go-to tool for smarter working.
Strong Communicator: Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
Organized and Deadline-Driven: You excel at managing multiple tasks with precision.
Experience: At least 3 years of marketing experience.
Affinity with IT or Cybersecurity: You thrive in an intellectually driven, tech-savvy environment.Creativity and intelligence all around!
What You’ll Do
Weekly distribution of Threat Talks episodes with strategic communication. You will publish this and are in charge of all the communications around the Threat Talks (pro tip: listen to a few podcasts ;)).
Manage and grow our social media channels and podcasts.
Develop and execute creative marketing plans.
Organize workshops and innovative events.
Support the sales team with marketing materials and insights.
Continuously learn and thrive in a fast-paced international IT environment.

ON2IT is an international cybersecurity company with Dutch origins. In 2005, the company was founded by Lieuwe Jan Koning and Marcel van Eemeren and in 2018 we expanded internationally to the US with an office in Plano, TX. We now have over 300 customers around the world and continue to grow.
